Revenge Using Nuclear Weapons?

In the article "Korean War Part 2" by Choe Sang-Hun In Seoul he explains what is going to happen between North and South Korea and the nuclear bomb war that they assume would begin. Choe says that "Sixty years after the end of the war, tensions are rising on the Korean peninsula." Ever since the Korean War in 1953, North and South Korea have uneasily coexisted on either side of tense and heavily -fortified "demilitarized zone" (DMZ) North and South Korea have had an armistice. But last month, the North declared the armistice that ended the war and has largely kept the peace for the last 60 years "nullified."  Also they also threatened to launch a "pre-emptive nuclear strike" against South Korea and the Untied States."

We still have to think about North Korea. They are constantly spending money for million-man army and build up a secret nuclear program. People aren't able to eat and get things that they need on a daily basis. 2 million people died of starvation. Plus North Korea has fewer people that have internet access, TVs and radios only have government channels and people are scared because they think they might get sent to labor camps. North Korea should just hold off and stop paying for all of these other things it's causing stress to many people.

In my own opinion I believe that North Korea shouldn't come at South Korea and United States. Everything just isn't meant to be. North Korea needs to worry about getting everyone together. Weather it's food for people or South Korea and United States vs. North Korea. People may be starting rumors for all we know about North and South Korea. Whatever  the problem is it should be a reasonable situation and not over anything immature.
